You hear it all the time about how people are getting more and more over weight. With all the diet programs built around helping a person lose weight and look good a rather “smaller” type of person often gets over looked. There are countless people who have been born with a metabolism that moves at the speed of light. These are the type of people that can eat three cheeseburgers and lose two pounds. To the over weight people of the world these people are blessed. But if you ask any one who has trouble with weight gain, you would be surprised at the answer. They want to know how to gain weight fast and where they can find a weight gain program that works. Here’s why

Most people who are a little over weight look at those of us who are naturaly skinny and think to themselves how lucky we are.When we talk about wanting to learn how to gain weight fast they usually respond with “I’ll be glad to give you some of my weight.” But as a someone who used to be that skinny, you know as well as I do that it is not all it is cracked up to be. If you ask any one who is skinny I promise you they would tell you that they would love to learn how to gain weight fast. Many people do not know what it feels like to go to the beach and be embarrassed to take off their shirt because of how skinny they are. What I would have given to find a weight gain program that worked in highschool!

When you try and tell someone that most skinny people would switch with someone who is a little over weight in a heart beat because we know with a little bit of work we could lose the weight. It’s a proven fact that it is easier for a overweight person to lose weight than it is for a skinny person to gain it. I remember when I was no more than 138 pounds as a senior in high school playing football. I loved to play but I dreaded having to go against one of the guys who were 260 pounds. No matter what I did I could not gain weight.

I tried to eat as much as possible but my metabolism would just burn it up as fast as I could put it in my stomach. I lifted weights with the football team, and while I did get more muscle definition I just could not put on any weight. I even thought about taking steroids because I was so thin. Pool parties and gym class could be rough to. There is nothing worse than going to a pool party with a bunch of girls and not wanting to take your shirt off due to how small you are. You just get looked at funny. If you have been there then you know what I’m talking about. You want nothing more at that point than to find a good weight gain program and learn how to gain weight fast.
